It’s Spring Break! Vanessa and I are relieved to be able to last the countless number of tests, quizzes, and outlines that were due, and now, we finally have time to relax. We were glad that the mini s'mores pies that we brought into class the other day was a success. A lot of the students said it tasted good, but there was also a few who didn't like it too much. We will continue trying our best, and hopefully create something that everyone will enjoy. Even though our original plan was to bring in desserts every time we make something new, we learned that it was more difficult than that. There were other variables and factors that we did not account for in the equation, and because of these reasons, we had to improvise in many occasions. That also brings into the question if we will be able to create the final dessert that Vanessa wanted to make for the final dessert for Passion Project. Ideally, it would be the perfect dessert to conclude our project with, however, will it be something feasible for us to make? Meanwhile, we will be slowly getting the ingredients that is necessary for the final dessert: mirror cakes, and as we continue to discuss the options that we have with each other, we are planning to bake something new for the coming week, so stay tuned for more information!
