In preparation to bake our final dessert, there are some ingredients that are needed. Vanessa and I already got the eggs, vegetable oil, white chocolate chips, and the cake mix that are needed for the dessert, however we wonder how it will taste like in comparison to making red velvet cookies from scratch. Instead of making it from scratch (the dough), we will be using cake mix so we hope that won’t affect the taste drastically in a bad way. We are planning to bake on Sunday (June 4th) and we hope that everything will go smoothly. Currently, we are planning to bake at my house but we might change it to one of our friend’s due to circumstantial reasons. However, something that might hinder us is that there is an important outline due that coming week. That might make us feel inpatient and want to rush the whole process, but we will try our best to make the red velvet cookies because it will be our last dessert. We are hoping that it will turn out successful or at least edible for people. Depending on the amount we make and if it’s edible, we might bring it for the class to try. We aren’t sure if we can hold it before our presentation on June 9th or if we will make something else instead for that day. Since so many projects, presentations, and tests are coming up, Vanessa and I aren’t sure if we can bring something in on the day of our presentation even though we would like to.
