Due to Thanksgiving and Black Friday, we were not able to work productively on the project. We took the holiday as a break for each of us because we wanted to reunite with distant relatives and have some personal time to ourselves. In addition, we spent Friday shopping on what seemed to be as good deals. Nevertheless, we were able to research information on the main topics and other background information on our project throughout the week. The research amplified our knowledge on baking and the methods to produce successful desserts. The information gathered and collected were organized and arranged on our static pages, which can be viewed by blog post visitors. Anyone visiting our blog can view details pertaining to the origins of baking, a general explanation of the passion project, culture and tradition, our chosen mentor, and us on a personal level, as well as the reason behind our decision to create desserts for our passion project. The busy week was the reason why there was a delay in baking. Originally, we planned to bake last week for this week’s blog post but that did not happened. Currently, our plan is to bake the cinnamon rolls before Friday, which is when we will present and share the dessert with our classmates. We have also decided where and when the baking will take place. Since last week was extremely hectic, we realized that time management and communicating efficiently plays a large role in whether or not we will be able to successfully accomplish our aims and goals of this project.
